Every attendee wears a badge. Sponsoring the badge lanyard provides you with high visibility throughout the entire conference. Sponsors will need to supply 200 of their own branded lanyards. Your sponsorship will provide lanyards to a particular group of attendees (college side, high school/IEC/CBO, or first timers).

Happy Hour at Counselor College Fair - $1,500

Experience and enjoy Washington wines at the Counselor College Fair & Card Swap on Thursday! All conference attendees will receive drink tickets and are invited to participate. Wine and other beverages available. Receive recognition at the conference as a sponsor.

Conference Mailing List - $500
A full conference attendee mailing list will be provided 3 weeks prior to the conference, and a full attendee list will be provided one week after the conference has ended. By purchasing the registrant and attendee lists, vendors agree to send out no more than two (2) mass email communications to attendees.

Donation to the Conference Scholarship Fund (any amount)
Support your colleagues by funding scholarships for PNACAC Conference attendance! All proceeds will be directly applied to conference registration for eligible high school counselors and college admission professionals. Receive recognition at the conference as a donor.

Donation to the PNACAC Conference (any amount)
Provide a donation in the amount your company or organization designates to assist PNACAC in
funding the 2025 conference. Receive recognition at the conference as a donor.

Payment

All sponsor and exhibitor payments must be received prior to May 15, 2026.

Refund Policy: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to PNACAC at admin@pnacac.org no later than April 15, 2026. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the cost of your exhibitor registration.

No refunds will be provided after April 15, 2026.
